Day 2 5743 feet of climbing 96 miles

Day 2 May 3, 2008We again woke to some soggy cool weather. This was after a wonderful stay in a motel that had no water pressure. The pressure was so bad it would not refill the toilet tank.Around noon the roads finally dried up. We will be looking forward to some sunny days. Glass on the roadway cause Ken to have another flat his second and the third of the tour so far.Our route and mileage is being planned around lodging which is sparse along our route in this area.We will come into some climbing for the next few days.
